I just don't know what to say but thank you. I returned home after spending several weeks dealing with my father's illness to find your box waiting for me. (My Dad is doing much better and is home, thanks!) How wonderful! It was chock full of all kinds of goodies!
My husband, gotta love him, had offered a couple of times to open it for me and tell me what was in it but I didn't let him. And I'm glad I didn't. It was a long hard trip with many set backs and I needed a pick me up, just for me. And boy this filled the bill.
Included were: a microwave mini-cake 'card', wind up toys, a banner with the word DREAM, pop corn (gone now by the way!) a cutting board, nail polish, sticky notes shaped in the initial 'd', my fave Girl Scout Cookies (also gone), note cards, Lime Pepper seasoning, a beautiful ribbon bookmark amd two books. The first book is one of my all time favorites, The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency, which will replace my own copy that I loaned out and never got back. The other is titled Plum Wine and just looks luscious. I'll have to post after I've read it and let you know how it is.
